Like most website operators, VRStyler collects data about our users and visitors to our website www.vrstyler.com. If you are a visitor to our website


As you visit or interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. If you are a Guest Buyer

You can use our services by visiting our website and exploring the opportunities (downloading free models or buying without registration). For such reason, we are collecting and processing personal data as if you are a regular visitor to our website and the data you provide us:

  • IP address

  • Payment details (credit/ debit card number or PayPal address). Please note that we do not store financial data. This data is processed and stored by Stripe, a company trusted to process payments for some of the biggest companies in the world, according to its terms, conditions, and policies, which all can be found on its website.

The purpose of processing – provision of services, including the fulfillment of orders and transactions (purchase) and delivery of goods online (3D Models)

Legal basis for processing – the performance of the contract between us and the Guest Buyer or the necessity to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The period of data storage – 10 years after the purchase.

If you are a Registered User

When you register to use our services by creating an account on our website or connecting your Facebook or Google account to the website, we will collect personal data as necessary to register such accounts

  • User name

  • Email address

  • IP address

  • Session logs (IP address, login date (month/ year), last login country)

The purpose of processing – registration of a Member account.

Legal basis for processing – the performance of the contract between us and you as a Registered User or the necessity to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The period of data storage – 2 years after the last login (if no purchases are made) and 10 years after the purchase.

Additionally, if you want to purchase 3D Models in addition, we will collect and process your personal data related to the payment

  • Payment details (credit/debit card number or PayPal address). Please note that we do not store financial data. If you are a Designer

If you are a registered Member who creates 3D Models and uses the website as a platform for selling your 3D Models you are considered a Designer. We will collect and process personal data as necessary to register your account

  • User name

  • Email address

  • Session logs (IP address, login date (month/ year), last login country)

The purpose of processing – registration of a Member account

Legal basis for processing – the performance of the contract between us and you as a Designer or the necessity to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The period of data storage – 2 years after the last login (if no purchases or sales are made), 10 years after the purchase or sale.

Additionally, in order to be eligible for royalty payments for your 3D Models sold on our website in addition we would collect and process the personal data that you are obliged to provide when signing the Payment Agreement Form:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Birth date

  • ID number (a number of any government-issued document such as passport, ID, driver's license, etc., or your national identification number)

  • A copy of your ID document (a photo or a scan of your ID, passport, driver's license or social security)

  • Full address (street address/ ZIP code, city, country)

  • Location (city, country)

  • Bank account number (or other payment details, such as Paypal address)

  • IP address

The purpose of processing – execution of financial transactions (transfer of royalty payments for services sold 3D Models).

Legal basis for processing – the performance of the contract between us and you the Designer or the necessity to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, legal obligation.

The period of data storage – 10 years after the purchase or royalty payment.

Direct Marketing

We engage in various marketing activities and try to improve our website and user experience. We need to know what information on the website is most interesting for visitors and Members, from which countries they come to our website, how often they return, which browsers they use, on which devices the Website is browsed, and what their IP address is. We may collect that data by using third-party tools such as cookies and other technologies (e.g. Google Analytics or similar ones), which allows us to record and analyze statistical data about the use of the website. If you are a Member (Registered User or Designer) we may send you notifications about our proposals or your activities within your account: notifying you about product and feature announcements, community news, special offers, and information about sales; sending you notifications when you get a new personal message; notifying you when your model is sold, when the purchaser rates your model or provides other feedback; informing you about received price offers (when the offer is received, gets accepted, declined or negotiated); providing you tips & tricks to help you improve your experience. Legal basis for processing – the legitimate interest of our Company to improve user experience and the performance of the contract between the parties.

The period of data storage – 2 years after last login.
